2008 Open Water Olympian Mark Warkentin and UCSB head coach Gregg Wilson have joined with the SBWPC to create a dynamic swim program to serve the Santa Barbara and Goleta area. We hope to see you at the pool.

Message from head coach Mark Warkentin
I am eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport with the community and help develop SBAC into the premier swimming program in Southern California. That’s my primary goal, plain and simple.
SBAC offers a swimming program to all ages and abilities, and I work with every group of swimmers with the support of a team of experienced coaches.
In 2009 SBAC swimmers have participated at local novice swim events, Southern California Swimming meets and the USA Swimming National Championships. In addition, Katy Freeman, a SBAC swim team member, competed in the World University Games and won a gold medal representing USA.
